Day 1 ARRIVAL IN HANOI

Upon your arrival at the airport, you will receive a warm welcome and be transferred to your hotel in Hanoi. After check-in, take some tim time to unwind. The rest of the day is at your leisure to explore the vibrant city or relax at the hotel Overnight stay in Hanoi.

Day 2 NINH BINH EXPLORATION

After a delicious breakfast, our guide will meet you at your hotel for a comfortable 120km Limousine bus journey through verdant landscapes. Stop for a rest on the way. Visit Hoa Lu Ancient Citadel with Dinh King Temple dating back to the 17th Century. Enjoy lunch at our restaurant with great local cuisines. Take a sampan boat trip along Ngo Dong river, capturing the wonderful scenery of Karst hills, rice fields, and peaceful villages. Arrive at Mua Cave and start an amazing trek up to the top of Ngoa Long mountain for a spectacular view of the rice valley. Return to our Limousine bus and then back to Hanoi. Overnight stay in Hanoi.

Day 3 HANOI TO DA NANG

Following breakfast, check out from the hotel and transfer to the airport for your flight to Da Nang. Upon arrival, you will be picked up and transferred to your hotel. Relax and unwind for the evening. Overnight stay in Da Nang.

Day 4 BA NA HILLS ADVENTURE

Start your day with a hearty breakfast before embarking on a full-day tour of Ba Na Hills. Our guide and driver will pick you up from your hotel, departing for Ba Na Hill through one of the most beautiful seaside streets of Central Vietnam. Arrive in Ba Na, experience the UNESCO-record cable system to the hill's top and enjoy the beautiful sights. Visit the Golden Bridge, French Architecture Building in L’Jardin Zone, Linh Ung Pagoda, and more. Enjoy lunch and continue the tour with Fantasy Park. Visit Linh Chua Linh Tu temple and enjoy a panoramic view of Da Nang city. Return to your hotel for a comfortable overnight stay in Da Nang.

Day 5 MARBLE MOUNTAIN AND HOI AN

After breakfast, explore the Marble Mountains. Your driver and guide will pick you up from your hotel. Visit Ngu Hanh Son (Marble Mountain), a complex symbolizing the five main elements of the universe. Discover the mysterious beauty of caves, visit Tam Thai Pagoda, Linh Ung Pagoda, and see exquisite stone sculptures in Non Nuoc village. Depart to Hoi An Ancient Town, have dinner with unique local dishes, and explore the town, including the Japanese Bridge. Enjoy the night atmosphere with colorful lanterns. Return to Da Nang for an overnight stay.

Day 6 DEPARTURE

Enjoy a leisurely breakfast and check out from the hotel. You will be transferred from the hotel to the airport for your return flight to India, concluding your memorable journey through the captivating landscapes of Vietnam. Depart with fond memories of the rich culture, history, and natural beauty of this enchanting destination. Safe travels!

Cancellation of your request may require a minimum processing time, subject to specific terms and conditions applicable to the type of product or service booked & purchased.

There may be a full cancellation penalty on the products or services booked and purchased, which are non-utilized or cancelled after the cancellation deadline mentioned in the terms and conditions, while making the purchase.

Trip Sarathi Pvt. Ltd reserves the right to decline any booking or purchase for any reason and shall not be held liable for any resulting claims of losses, damages or compensation. In such an event, Trip Sarathi Pvt. Ltd shall refund to you all unutilized money collected from you for that purchase.

For bookings and purchases, which has already been paid by you, when cancelled, refunds will be made (based on the refund policy, mentioned in terms and conditions, while making the booking or at the time of purchase). For air ticket, it may take between 15 - 21 working days, for the hotels it may take between 15 - 21 working days for the amount to get credited into your account and for the holiday Package it may take between 30 - 45 working days for the amount to get credited into your account. 1. 45 days or more prior to the departure date or from the booking date, Initial Booking Amount, or cancellation charges whichever is higher (non-refundable and non-transferable) an additional amount of visa fee will be forfeited (in case visa has been applied).
2. Between 30 days: 75% of the total tour cost will be charged as penalty or cancellation charges whichever is higher (non-refundable and non-transferable) an additional amount of visa fee will be forfeited (in case visa has been applied).
3. Less than 21 days: 100% of the total tour cost will be charged as penalty
4. No show total amount will be forfeited and no refund shall be given.
5. The cancellation policy is subject to change. It purely depends upon the cancellation policy of respective hotels. In Peaks seasons, some hotels may charge 100% cancellation

Credit Card Chargeback Fees:
Any fees charged toTrip Sarathi Pvt. Ltd by our credit card payment provider arising from a chargeback or a disputed charge on the cardholder's credit card will be charged to the cardholder. This fee is non-refundable.

Cancellation Due to Visa Rejection
All the clients traveling on Trip Sarathi Pvt. Ltd tour must be in possession of a valid visa. The client shall ensure that the Visa Application Form (s) is duly filled and verified by the Client, to its satisfaction, before it is submitted to the Embassy. / Consulate. However, kindly note that it is entirely at the discretion of the concerned Consulate / Authorities to grant/reject visas even after submitting all relevant documents and the company will not be held responsible for the same. The company is not at all liable for such cases or has any influence on the consulate/embassy’s decision The role of the company is only to provide necessary guidance to the client for the purpose of applying for VISA. The company will not be responsible for the non-issuance of visas due to receipt of incomplete/delayed documents from the Clients. It is a possibility that the consulate may ask the passengers to appear for a personal interview. This is at the sole discretion of the Consulate / Authorities. If the required documents are not submitted by the client, the issuance of the visa will further be delayed/rejected, and the client will not hold Trip Sarathi Pvt. Ltd liable for the same. The client should adhere to all the norms and conditions laid by the consulate/embassy Upon rejection of visa, if the client wishes to reapply for the visa, he/she is liable to pay again the requisite fee to the consulate and he/she will not claim from Trip Sarathi Pvt. Ltd

Force Majeure
Acts of God (including exceptional adverse weather conditions), earthquake, fire, war (declared or undeclared), invasion, rebellion, revolt, riot, civil commotion, civil war, nuclear fission, epidemic strike, act(s) of omission/commission by any concerned government(s), or government agencies, judicial or quasijudicial authorities, the occurrence of any event can force the Company to change or extended. Hence any additional expenditure occurred due to the above reasons the same will be borne by the passengers

1. Holiday Package Rates are applicable for a minimum of 02 passengers traveling together
2. Rates are not applicable during exhibitions, conventions, and special events. Surcharges shall apply and shall be determined at the time of booking
3. In case the selected hotel is unavailable for booking, an alternate arrangement will be offered to the customer in another hotel of a similar category.
4. Prices are dynamic and may be based on offers running at the time of booking. Trip Sarathi Pvt. Ltd reserves the right to change prices at any time.
5. Standard check-in time is at 1500 hours & check out time is 1100 hours or as per hotel policy
6. From 1700 hours - 0700 hours, private arrival/departure transfers shall be applicable with an additional supplement of as per destination per vehicle per way
7. Maximum waiting time at the airport shall be 45 minutes from the arrival time of the flight
8. All rates are valid for Indian Nationals only
9. Vehicle is not at disposal. Additional charges for extra usage or sightseeing has to be paid for
10. Security deposit is required either in cash or credit card by hotels which is refundable provided no room incidentals are incurred. This security deposit is not included in this quote and must be paid by the guests/corporate directly to the hotel when checking in
11. Personal identification is mandatory to carry on tour for Air Travel, Hotels for security reason like: election card, Driving License for Domestic (INDIA) Booking and Passport For International Booking
12. Original passport with minimum 6 months validity from the date of tour arrival along with sufficient blank pages for the stamping of visa.
13. A valid Tourist Visa for the duration of the tour
