Abu Dhabi with Yas Island

Yas Island is an island in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. It occupies a total land area of 25 km². It is a leisure island and one of the largest tourism projects in Abu Dhabi. Yas Island holds the Yas Marina Circuit, which has hosted the Formula One Abu Dhabi Grand Prix since 2009.

Abu Dhabi, the capital of the United Arab Emirates, sits off the mainland on an island in the Persian (Arabian) Gulf. Its focus on oil exports and commerce is reflected by the skyline’s modern towers and shopping megacenters such as Abu Dhabi and Marina malls. Beneath white-marble domes, the vast Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque features an immense Persian carpet, crystal chandeliers and capacity for 41,000 worshipers.

Day 1 Abu Dhabi

Abu Dhabi is the largest of the seven emirates that make up the United Arab Emirates or popularly known as the UAE. It is also the Capital City of UAE.

The City of Abu Dhabi is set over a series of fringed islands & a popular year-round destination amongst travelers because of its year-round sunshine & warm weather, beaches, affordable resorts, attractions, theme parks & wealth of traditional & modern experiences. On arrival at Abu Dhabi International Airport, you will meet our local representative who will take you to your hotel in Abu Dhabi. Check-In and Relax in your hotel or explore local experiences in Abu Dhabi.

Day 2 Abu Dhabi

After enjoying your breakfast at Hotel, we proceed for Half Day Abu Dhabi City Tour. On this tour we will have opportunity to see the Heritage Village, Emirates Palace Hotel, Abu Dhabi Corniche & opportunity see the magnificent skyline. We will also have opportunity to visit Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque. Abu Dhabi’s Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque is one of the world’s largest mosques and an architectural masterpiece that beautifully combines Islamic architecture and design. Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, the Founding Founder of the UAE, had the mosque built in the capital city Abu Dhabi to create a cultural haven that welcomes and inspires people from all backgrounds. The edifice boasts 1,096 amethyst-and-jasper-embedded columns, 82 white marble domes, reflective pools, gold-plated Swarovski chandeliers, an iconic prayer hall, and a courtyard featuring one of the largest marble mosaic artworks in the world. Next, we visit “Oasr Al Watan” also known as the Palace of the Nation. Qasr Al Watan is more than a palace; it is a unique testament to the spirit of the United Arab Emirates people and its leaders. The Palace invites the world to share our culture, knowledge and inspiring journey. Qasr Al Watan is more than just a palace, it is an enriching interactive journey in a contemporary setting that reveals and reflects on governance, knowledge and craftsmanship.

Day 3 Abu Dhabi

Breakfast at Hotel. Today we transfer you from your Abu Dhabi Hotel to Yas Island Hotel on Private Basis. Yas Island, one of the most popular tourist attractions in the world, presents a family-friendly entertainment hub like no other. Today you have free time at leisure to explore Yas Island on own using Yas Shuttle.

Day 4 Yas Island

Breakfast at the Hotel. Today we proceed for 1 Park of your choice. Guest has option to choose between Ferrari World / Warner Brother’s or Yas Water World.

Explore the region’s first Marine Life Theme Park and discover eight immersive realms with over 15 interactive experiences and rides, over 100 animal experiences and presentations including up-close animal encounters, more than 20 live characters and performances, 17 dining options, 13 retail outlets and roaming entertainment across each realm.

Day 5 Yas Island

After breakfast, depending on your departure time of flight we will transfer you to Abu Dhabi International Airport. We hope you enjoyed your stay in Abu Dhabi & we thank you for providing us the opportunity to serve you & cater your travel requirements.

Cancellation of your request may require a minimum processing time, subject to specific terms and conditions applicable to the type of product or service booked & purchased.

There may be a full cancellation penalty on the products or services booked and purchased, which are non-utilized or cancelled after the cancellation deadline mentioned in the terms and conditions, while making the purchase.

Trip Sarathi Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to decline any booking or purchase for any reason and shall not be held liable for any resulting claims of losses, damages or compensation. In such an event, Trip Sarathi Pvt. Ltd. shall refund to you all unutilized money collected from you for that purchase.

For bookings and purchases, which has already been paid by you, when cancelled, refunds will be made (based on the refund policy, mentioned in terms and conditions, while making the booking or at the time of purchase). For air ticket, it may take between 15 - 21 working days, for the hotels it may take between 15 - 21 working days for the amount to get credited into your account and for the holiday Package it may take between 30 - 45 working days for the amount to get credited into your account. 1. 45 days or more prior to the departure date or from the booking date, Initial Booking Amount, or cancellation charges whichever is higher (non-refundable and non-transferable) an additional amount of visa fee will be forfeited (in case visa has been applied).
2. Between 30 days: 75% of the total tour cost will be charged as penalty or cancellation charges whichever is higher (non-refundable and non-transferable) an additional amount of visa fee will be forfeited (in case visa has been applied).
3. Less than 21 days: 100% of the total tour cost will be charged as penalty
4. No show total amount will be forfeited and no refund shall be given.
5. The cancellation policy is subject to change. It purely depends upon the cancellation policy of respective hotels. In Peaks seasons, some hotels may charge 100% cancellation

Credit Card Chargeback Fees:
Any fees charged to Trip Sarathi Pvt. Ltd by our credit card payment provider arising from a chargeback or a disputed charge on the cardholder's credit card will be charged to the cardholder. This fee is non-refundable.

Cancellation Due to Visa Rejection
All the clients traveling on Trip Sarathi Pvt. Ltd tour must be in possession of a valid visa. The client shall ensure that the Visa Application Form (s) is duly filled and verified by the Client, to its satisfaction, before it is submitted to the Embassy. / Consulate. However, kindly note that it is entirely at the discretion of the concerned Consulate / Authorities to grant/reject visas even after submitting all relevant documents and the company will not be held responsible for the same. The company is not at all liable for such cases or has any influence on the consulate/embassy’s decision The role of the company is only to provide necessary guidance to the client for the purpose of applying for VISA. The company will not be responsible for the non-issuance of visas due to receipt of incomplete/delayed documents from the Clients. It is a possibility that the consulate may ask the passengers to appear for a personal interview. This is at the sole discretion of the Consulate / Authorities. If the required documents are not submitted by the client, the issuance of the visa will further be delayed/rejected, and the client will not hold Trip Sarathi Pvt. Ltd liable for the same. The client should adhere to all the norms and conditions laid by the consulate/embassy Upon rejection of visa, if the client wishes to reapply for the visa, he/she is liable to pay again the requisite fee to the consulate and he/she will not claim from Trip Sarathi Pvt. Ltd

Force Majeure
Acts of God (including exceptional adverse weather conditions), earthquake, fire, war (declared or undeclared), invasion, rebellion, revolt, riot, civil commotion, civil war, nuclear fission, epidemic strike, act(s) of omission/commission by any concerned government(s), or government agencies, judicial or quasijudicial authorities, the occurrence of any event can force the Company to change or extended. Hence any additional expenditure occurred due to the above reasons the same will be borne by the passengers.
