Magical Galapagos

The Galápagos Islands is a volcanic archipelago in the Pacific Ocean. It's considered one of the world's foremost destinations for wildlife-viewing. A province of Ecuador, it lies about 1,000km off its coast. Its isolated terrain shelters a diversity of plant and animal species, many found nowhere else. Charles Darwin visited in 1835, and his observation of Galápagos' species later inspired his theory of evolution.

Six hundred miles off the coast of Ecuador lie the volcanic islands of the Galápagos, famous for a wealth of unique plants and animals found nowhere else in the world. The Galápagos Islands were the source of Darwin's theory of evolution and remain a priceless living laboratory for scientists today.

Day 1 Baltra´s airport - Puerto Ayora

Arrive at Baltra´s airport Galapagos Islands. We will jump right in with a stop in the highlands of Santa Cruz to visit a local Giant Tortoise reserve.Then Enjoy lunch at a local ranch in the highlands of Santa Cruz. Observe these huge, magical creatures in their natural habitat and have the opportunity to explore some nearby lava tunnels while you gain a better appreciation of the natural forces that created these islands. After that we will continue to Puerto Ayora-the main town in Santa Cruz island.

Day 2 Bay Navigable Tour - Tortuga Bay beach

The next morning enjoy a delicious breakfast right at the hotel. After breakfast, we will take a short boat ride toward (La Loberia, Las Grietas, Punta Estrada), where we will look for the famous sea lions, white tipped, blue-footed boobies, sea turtles, and more.

In the afternoon Head back to town for lunch at a local restaurant. Head out for a scenic walk to one of the largest white sand beaches in the Galapagos - Tortuga Bay is a gorgeous beach accessible only by foot. A leisurely 45-minute path, along the way you may spot lava lizards, native birds, and massive marine iguanas. Here you’ll have the option to swim, snorkel, kayak, surf, or you can just hang out with your friends and the local marine life.

Day 3 Full day tour to Isabela Island

After a delicious breakfast in your Hotel, take a scenic public boat ride to Isabela Island, the largest island of the Archipelago.Take an excursion to a pink flamingo habitat. Enjoy a snorkeling activity where you will see animals like sea turtles, sea lions, and exotic fish. You will also participate in a boat excursion that brings you to the Tintoreras Islet, made entirely out of lava. While exploring Tintoreras you will view the large colonies of black marine iguanas.

After your adventure, head back to Puerto Villamil for lunch. Then, take a speedboat back to Santa Cruz Island.

Day 4 Full day tour to Santa Fe Island

Breakfast in your hotel. Take a chartered boat to an uninhabited island. Engines will stop and guides will announce the arrival, you will have to prepare to disembark for hiking. Lunch on board.Snorkel time on Fisherman Bay among a wide variety of marine life including friendly sea lions, sea turtles, and a huge variety of fish that make this a fantastic place for nature enthusiasts. The boat will bring you back to Santa Cruz.

Day 5 Transfer out Puerto Ayora to Baltra´s airport

After breakfast Time to Say goodbye to Galapagos !! Take included transportation to the airport where you’ll catch your flight back to Quito.

There may be a full cancellation penalty on the products or services booked and purchased, which are non-utilized or cancelled after the cancellation deadline mentioned in the terms and conditions, while making the purchase.

Trip Sarathi Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to decline any booking or purchase for any reason and shall not be held liable for any resulting claims of losses, damages or compensation. In such an event, Trip Sarathi Pvt. Ltd. shall refund to you all unutilized money collected from you for that purchase.

For bookings and purchases, which has already been paid by you, when cancelled, refunds will be made (based on the refund policy, mentioned in terms and conditions, while making the booking or at the time of purchase). For air ticket, it may take between 15 - 21 working days, for the hotels it may take between 15 - 21 working days for the amount to get credited into your account and for the holiday Package it may take between 30 - 45 working days for the amount to get credited into your account. 1. 45 days or more prior to the departure date or from the booking date, Initial Booking Amount, or cancellation charges whichever is higher (non-refundable and non-transferable) an additional amount of visa fee will be forfeited (in case visa has been applied).
2. Between 30 days: 75% of the total tour cost will be charged as penalty or cancellation charges whichever is higher (non-refundable and non-transferable) an additional amount of visa fee will be forfeited (in case visa has been applied).
3. Less than 21 days: 100% of the total tour cost will be charged as penalty
4. No show total amount will be forfeited and no refund shall be given.
5. The cancellation policy is subject to change. It purely depends upon the cancellation policy of respective hotels. In Peaks seasons, some hotels may charge 100% cancellation

Credit Card Chargeback Fees:
Any fees charged to Trip Sarathi Pvt. Ltd by our credit card payment provider arising from a chargeback or a disputed charge on the cardholder's credit card will be charged to the cardholder. This fee is non-refundable.

Cancellation Due to Visa Rejection
All the clients traveling on Trip Sarathi Pvt. Ltd tour must be in possession of a valid visa. The client shall ensure that the Visa Application Form (s) is duly filled and verified by the Client, to its satisfaction, before it is submitted to the Embassy. / Consulate. However, kindly note that it is entirely at the discretion of the concerned Consulate / Authorities to grant/reject visas even after submitting all relevant documents and the company will not be held responsible for the same. The company is not at all liable for such cases or has any influence on the consulate/embassy’s decision The role of the company is only to provide necessary guidance to the client for the purpose of applying for VISA. The company will not be responsible for the non-issuance of visas due to receipt of incomplete/delayed documents from the Clients. It is a possibility that the consulate may ask the passengers to appear for a personal interview. This is at the sole discretion of the Consulate / Authorities. If the required documents are not submitted by the client, the issuance of the visa will further be delayed/rejected, and the client will not hold Trip Sarathi Pvt. Ltd liable for the same. The client should adhere to all the norms and conditions laid by the consulate/embassy Upon rejection of visa, if the client wishes to reapply for the visa, he/she is liable to pay again the requisite fee to the consulate and he/she will not claim from Trip Sarathi Pvt. Ltd

Force Majeure
Acts of God (including exceptional adverse weather conditions), earthquake, fire, war (declared or undeclared), invasion, rebellion, revolt, riot, civil commotion, civil war, nuclear fission, epidemic strike, act(s) of omission/commission by any concerned government(s), or government agencies, judicial or quasijudicial authorities, the occurrence of any event can force the Company to change or extended. Hence any additional expenditure occurred due to the above reasons the same will be borne by the passengers.
