Mauritius Package

Mauritius, an Indian Ocean island nation, is known for its beaches, lagoons and reefs. The mountainous interior includes Black River Gorges National Park, with rainforests, waterfalls, hiking trails and wildlife like the flying fox. Capital Port Louis has sites such as the Champs de Mars horse track, Eureka plantation house and 18th-century Sir Seewoosagur Ramgoolam Botanical Gardens.

Day 1 Mauritius-Arrival at Mauritius

Welcome to Mauritius. Arrive at Mauritius International airport and transfer to your hotel. You have the rest of the day at leisure to explore this beautiful island on your own. Overnight stay & Dinner in Resort

Day 2 Mauritius – North Island Tour

After breakfast; proceed to the Citadelle fortress passing by The Champ de Mars (Horse Race Ground), Port Louis theatre, Government House, then direction to the Port Louis Caudan Waterfront Shopping Complex where you can do your shopping either at its multiple complex or at the old market nearby or simply enjoy the magnificent view of the harbor. Lastly, you will be dropped at Jumbo Shopping Mall where you can also enjoy varieties of delicious foods at the spacious food court and shopping at Branded Shops around or buy usual daily stuff from the Hypermarket. Return to the hotel. Overnight stay & Dinner in Resort

Day 3 Mauritius – Ile Aux Cerf Tour

After breakfast; proceed to Belle Mare where you can enjoy water activities such as undersea walk, Parasailing, Tube ride, Waterfalls visit at a supplement cost. Later proceed to Trou d’EauDouce and get a speedboat transfer to Ile aux Cerfs (a small island of 7Kms diameters off the east coast of Mauritius). Free on island up to 16h00 then get your speedboat transfer back to Trou d’EauDouce and drive back to the hotel. Overnight at Mauritius.

Day 4 Mauritius – South Island Tour

After breakfast; proceed to Floreal for duty free shopping at the Diamond factory, Ship model factory and other branded duty-free items. Afterwards drive to Trou aux Cerfs Crater for a panoramic view of Curepipe City then stop at Grand Bassin (Ganga Talao) sacred lake & view the stunning 108 feet statue of “Mangal Mahadev” and lastly The Valley of 23 Colored Earth with its 4 waterfalls (entrance fee incl) where you can have your lunch and various activities like Quad biking, zip lining, Jeep visit, Nepalese Bridge, etc. at your own cost. Leave Vallee by 17h00 at the latest and drive back to the hotel. Overnight at Mauritius.

Cancellation of your request may require a minimum processing time, subject to specific terms and conditions applicable to the type of product or service booked & purchased.

There may be a full cancellation penalty on the products or services booked and purchased, which are non-utilized or cancelled after the cancellation deadline mentioned in the terms and conditions, while making the purchase.

Trip Sarathi Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to decline any booking or purchase for any reason and shall not be held liable for any resulting claims of losses, damages or compensation. In such an event, Trip Sarathi Pvt. Ltd. shall refund to you all unutilized money collected from you for that purchase.

For bookings and purchases, which has already been paid by you, when cancelled, refunds will be made (based on the refund policy, mentioned in terms and conditions, while making the booking or at the time of purchase). For air ticket, it may take between 15 - 21 working days, for the hotels it may take between 15 - 21 working days for the amount to get credited into your account and for the holiday Package it may take between 30 - 45 working days for the amount to get credited into your account. 1. 45 days or more prior to the departure date or from the booking date, Initial Booking Amount, or cancellation charges whichever is higher (non-refundable and non-transferable) an additional amount of visa fee will be forfeited (in case visa has been applied).
2. Between 30 days: 75% of the total tour cost will be charged as penalty or cancellation charges whichever is higher (non-refundable and non-transferable) an additional amount of visa fee will be forfeited (in case visa has been applied).
3. Less than 21 days: 100% of the total tour cost will be charged as penalty
4. No show total amount will be forfeited and no refund shall be given.
5. The cancellation policy is subject to change. It purely depends upon the cancellation policy of respective hotels. In Peaks seasons, some hotels may charge 100% cancellation

Credit Card Chargeback Fees:
Any fees charged to Trip Sarathi Pvt. Ltd. by our credit card payment provider arising from a chargeback or a disputed charge on the cardholder's credit card will be charged to the cardholder. This fee is non-refundable.

Cancellation Due to Visa Rejection
All the clients traveling onTrip Sarathi Pvt. Ltd. tour must be in possession of a valid visa. The client shall ensure that the Visa Application Form (s) is duly filled and verified by the Client, to its satisfaction, before it is submitted to the Embassy. / Consulate. However, kindly note that it is entirely at the discretion of the concerned Consulate / Authorities to grant/reject visas even after submitting all relevant documents and the company will not be held responsible for the same. The company is not at all liable for such cases or has any influence on the consulate/embassy’s decision The role of the company is only to provide necessary guidance to the client for the purpose of applying for VISA. The company will not be responsible for the non-issuance of visas due to receipt of incomplete/delayed documents from the Clients. It is a possibility that the consulate may ask the passengers to appear for a personal interview. This is at the sole discretion of the Consulate / Authorities. If the required documents are not submitted by the client, the issuance of the visa will further be delayed/rejected, and the client will not hold APJ Tours and Travels Pvt Ltd liable for the same. The client should adhere to all the norms and conditions laid by the consulate/embassy Upon rejection of visa, if the client wishes to reapply for the visa, he/she is liable to pay again the requisite fee to the consulate and he/she will not claim from Trip Sarathi Pvt. Ltd.

Force Majeure
Acts of God (including exceptional adverse weather conditions), earthquake, fire, war (declared or undeclared), invasion, rebellion, revolt, riot, civil commotion, civil war, nuclear fission, epidemic strike, act(s) of omission/commission by any concerned government(s), or government agencies, judicial or quasijudicial authorities, the occurrence of any event can force the Company to change or extended. Hence any additional expenditure occurred due to the above reasons the same will be borne by the passengers

1. Holiday Package Rates are applicable for a minimum of 02 passengers traveling together
2. Rates are not applicable during exhibitions, conventions, and special events. Surcharges shall apply and shall be determined at the time of booking
3. In case the selected hotel is unavailable for booking, an alternate arrangement will be offered to the customer in another hotel of a similar category.
4. Prices are dynamic and may be based on offers running at the time of booking. Trip Sarathi reserves the right to change prices at any time.
5. Standard check-in time is at 1500 hours & check out time is 1100 hours or as per hotel policy
6. From 1700 hours - 0700 hours, private arrival/departure transfers shall be applicable with an additional supplement of as per destination per vehicle per way
7. Maximum waiting time at the airport shall be 45 minutes from the arrival time of the flight
8. All rates are valid for Indian Nationals only
9. Vehicle is not at disposal. Additional charges for extra usage or sightseeing has to be paid for
10. Security deposit is required either in cash or credit card by hotels which is refundable provided no room incidentals are incurred. This security deposit is not included in this quote and must be paid by the guests/corporate directly to the hotel when checking in
11. Personal identification is mandatory to carry on tour for Air Travel, Hotels for security reason like: election card, Driving License for Domestic (INDIA) Booking and Passport For International Booking
12. Original passport with minimum 6 months validity from the date of tour arrival along with sufficient blank pages for the stamping of visa.
13. A valid Tourist Visa for the duration of the tour
14.if applicable COVID-19 RT PCR Test or Applicable for Arrival
