Summer trip Pahalgam

Pahalgam is a hill station in the north Indian state of Jammu and Kashmir. Mountain trails run northeast to Amarnath Cave Temple, a Hindu shrine and site of the annual Amarnath Yatra pilgrimage. Overa Aru Wildlife Sanctuary is home to animals including brown bears and musk deer. Northeast, the Lidder River runs through scenic Betaab Valley. Southeast, Tulian Lake is flanked by mountain peaks and often frozen.

Pahalgam is associated with the annual pilgrimage to the shrine Amarnath Yatra. Chandanwari, located 16 kilometres (9.9 mi) from Pahalgam. The town is the starting point of the yatra that takes place every year in the months of July–August, receiving hundreds of thousands of tourists.

Day 1 Arrival Srinagar

On arrival at Srinagar, you will meet our representative and proceed towards House Boat followed by local sightseeing of Srinagar visit Mughal Gardens visiting Nishat Bagh and Shalimar Bagh, Cheshmashi garden, Tulip Garden, Shankaracharya Temple & Hazaratbal Shrine. All the gardens are situated on the bank of Dal Lake with the Zabarwan Mountains in the background. The distance from Srinagar to the said gardens is about 12 and 15 kms respectively. En route visit carpet-weaving factory and old Srinagar city overnight stay at House Boat.

Day 2 Srinagar to Gulmarg

Morning after breakfast check out from the Hotel and drive to Gulmarg, Meadow of Flowers ( 140 kms /3 hrs) situated at an altitude of 2730 meters, enjoy the leisurely walks on the lush green meadows of flowers with a backdrop of the snow capped mountains. In winter, Gulmarg acquires a new persona that of the countrys premier skiing resort, Enjoy pony ride or Gondola ride (rope way) to Khillanmarg at your own cost. Experience the Breath taking View of the Gulmarg from the Gondola cable car. Gulmarg also offers some excellent opportunities for long walks. Walking along Gulmarg circle path you only have to look down to have a complete view of the valley including Srinagar. A fine view can also be had of Nanga Parbat. The Naked Mountain which is over 26000 fetes and dominates the entire region. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel.

Day 3 Gulmarg to Pahalgam

After breakfast check out from the hotel and drive to Pahalgam (7200 fts) Village of Shepherds for overnight stay. (97 kms /2 hrs) En-route visiting the world famous Saffron growing fields, Awantipura ruins (9th Century) and Mattan Temple(Sun temple). Pahalgam is also famous for Indian film Industry (Bollywood). On Pahalgam is also famous for some trekking routes and also base camp for Amarnath Pilgrimage. Enjoy the Natural beauty, river and environs therein. Dinner and overnight in the Hotel.

Day 4 Pahalgam to Srinagar

Morning after breakfast, you can visit Aru, Betab valley & Chandanwari at your on cost by union cabs later drive back to Srinagar for overnight stay in the Hotel.

Day 5 Departure from Srinagar

After breakfast transfer to Srinagar airport to board flight for onward destination.

Trip Sarathi Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to decline any booking or purchase for any reason and shall not be held liable for any resulting claims of losses, damages or compensation. In such an event, Trip Sarathi Pvt. Ltd. shall refund to you all unutilized money collected from you for that purchase.

For bookings and purchases, which has already been paid by you, when cancelled, refunds will be made (based on the refund policy, mentioned in terms and conditions, while making the booking or at the time of purchase). For air ticket, it may take between 15 - 21 working days, for the hotels it may take between 15 - 21 working days for the amount to get credited into your account and for the holiday Package it may take between 30 - 45 working days for the amount to get credited into your account. 1. 45 days or more prior to the departure date or from the booking date, Initial Booking Amount, or cancellation charges whichever is higher (non-refundable and non-transferable) an additional amount of visa fee will be forfeited (in case visa has been applied).
2. Between 30 days: 75% of the total tour cost will be charged as penalty or cancellation charges whichever is higher (non-refundable and non-transferable) an additional amount of visa fee will be forfeited (in case visa has been applied).
3. Less than 21 days: 100% of the total tour cost will be charged as penalty
4. No show total amount will be forfeited and no refund shall be given.
5. The cancellation policy is subject to change. It purely depends upon the cancellation policy of respective hotels. In Peaks seasons, some hotels may charge 100% cancellation

Credit Card Chargeback Fees:
Any fees charged to Trip Sarathi Pvt. Ltd by our credit card payment provider arising from a chargeback or a disputed charge on the cardholder's credit card will be charged to the cardholder. This fee is non-refundable.

Cancellation Due to Visa Rejection
All the clients traveling on Trip Sarathi Pvt. Ltd tour must be in possession of a valid visa. The client shall ensure that the Visa Application Form (s) is duly filled and verified by the Client, to its satisfaction, before it is submitted to the Embassy. / Consulate. However, kindly note that it is entirely at the discretion of the concerned Consulate / Authorities to grant/reject visas even after submitting all relevant documents and the company will not be held responsible for the same. The company is not at all liable for such cases or has any influence on the consulate/embassy’s decision The role of the company is only to provide necessary guidance to the client for the purpose of applying for VISA. The company will not be responsible for the non-issuance of visas due to receipt of incomplete/delayed documents from the Clients. It is a possibility that the consulate may ask the passengers to appear for a personal interview. This is at the sole discretion of the Consulate / Authorities. If the required documents are not submitted by the client, the issuance of the visa will further be delayed/rejected, and the client will not hold Trip Sarathi Pvt. Ltd liable for the same. The client should adhere to all the norms and conditions laid by the consulate/embassy Upon rejection of visa, if the client wishes to reapply for the visa, he/she is liable to pay again the requisite fee to the consulate and he/she will not claim from Trip Sarathi Pvt. Ltd

Force Majeure
Acts of God (including exceptional adverse weather conditions), earthquake, fire, war (declared or undeclared), invasion, rebellion, revolt, riot, civil commotion, civil war, nuclear fission, epidemic strike, act(s) of omission/commission by any concerned government(s), or government agencies, judicial or quasijudicial authorities, the occurrence of any event can force the Company to change or extended. Hence any additional expenditure occurred due to the above reasons the same will be borne by the passengers.
